J.P. Properties is a land improvement company founded in 2004 intently focused on special properties with substancial opprotunities for improvement and development. Our ideal property is unique in form and hard to substitute. We typically like to be the initial developer of the site, preparing it for further and larger development, and look to sell our properties wholey without dividing the respective properties into individual lots.

Jeff Bruns - General Partner: Jeff is also a business owner in eastern North Dakota. His entrepreurial spirit is a tradition in his family though the generations with both his dad and son active in owning and managing businesses.
